Detailed order entry via this Touch Screen application module ensures your residents’ meal is entered accurately and then broadcast to each prep station . Detailed item sales information assists in managing buying practices and the popularity of each menu item.

Speed is good. This time tested module ensures lineups are significantly reduced and residents whisk through. This module supports auto-scale entry for weighed product sales, Scanning for sales of packaged products, and naturally any form of resident ID you prefer.

If all you require is Meal Clicks, this application module is made for you! Simply scan the residents ID and their off and eating. Need to enter guests and additional charges, simply press the “Additional Charges” button on screen, make your selections and your resident and guests are off and eating. A Search Button is available to find and enter residents currently without ID. Receipt printing is always on or set for on demand.

Similar to Swipe-N-Go, this terminal type is designed for resident self entry or attendant entry. A list of all eligible residents appears on screen and all that is required is to “Double Tap” the residents name. Guest Functions are also available.

With or without inventory management our retail modules allow the resident to post charge transactions from any point of service in your community. We also recognize that in many cases, these locations are staffed by volunteer residents. Relax. We have trained many seniors to use our applications quickly and easily. Coupled with product scanning and keyboard presets your seniors will process sales in record time. (Hint. Do not tell them they are using a computer!)

Our touch screen inquiry terminal permits your residents to check their account(s) and re-print receipts at their leisure. The summary and transaction detail is available forever. For those residents who have a hunger for computers and the internet, our online account status inquiry module will surely satisfy their appetite. All the same functionality of the physical Inquiry Terminal but with the convenience of access from their own personal computer. Residents may also use their credit card to “top up” their spending plan accounts using a secure online transaction tool.
